  • I prioritize a data-driven, human-centered coaching philosophy that is positive, engaging and effective. I seek to equip athletes with the tools they need to be successful both on the volleyball court, and in their life as a whole. I believe that creating safe spaces for connection and self-discovery on the court leads to player empowerment off the court, and that confidence on the court is built through intentional and specific preparation, guided by a coach that is committed to continually learning, themselves.

  • "We traveled from NH to see Coach Kylie. I knew when I saw her Instagram posts, she would be exactly like she was on social media. Coach Kylie was patient, used a kind voice and approach, and was 100% focused on the overall betterment of my athlete. If your athlete is struggling with any skill or even self confidence about her game, this facility is the place to go. With Coach Kylie's experience and maturity, she speaks to the level of the athlete and pushes them with the right amount of push. The only drawback is I wished we lived closer! We will be back. It was well worth the trip for us. She is such a positive person and my daughter enjoyed the hours with Coach Kylie so much she was bummed to have to leave." - Amy Steiniger, New Hampshire
