I love to promote a "person first" mentality both on and off of the court. Every athlete has a specific set of goals and requires a unique approach to reach those goals. I will do everything in my power to support and push athletes to their fullest potential. At the end of the day I want athletes to remember that volleyball is something that we do and strive to be great at, but it is not our only defining factor. Volleyball is a great opportunity to gain confidence in who you are as both a person and player!
