  • I believe that volleyball success is built on a strong foundation of fundamentals, discipline, and commitment to growth. My approach emphasizes mastering technique, developing intelligent decision-making, and fostering mental resilience. Just as important, I aim to create a culture of accountability and respect where athletes learn to support one another and lead by example. For me, the court is both a classroom and a proving ground—where players sharpen their skills, build confidence through preparation, and learn lessons that carry into school, career, and life.

  • “Lessons with Inna was the best decision we ever made to help my daughter improve her game!! Elevated her play and confidence and equipped her to become a major contributor on her high school (earned All State honors) and club team. The instruction was thorough and beneficial, with instruction bringing skill building and game preparedness to another level. The location, availability of lesson times helped to us to include lessons in a busy schedule. Would highly recommend Inna Felkins. 10/10.” -Megan H.
