I am a big proponent of the coaching style athlete-centered. This means I am adapting my coaching to the needs of the athlete I am working with at that moment. Every athlete I may have to coach a little different compared to the next one and I love that! It helps build a trusting relationship that can instill confidence within the athlete. When the athlete feels like they are listened to, it brings a sense of belonging which is very important to me. I want every athlete I work with to feel valued and help them accomplish THEIR goals!"

I believe players can reach beyond their limits if given the right guidance and teaching. As a former athlete, my motivation was to always break barriers. My philosophy is based on the belief that every player can be fluid and fit in even with disadvantages. I coach based on players' determination and unique composition, outside and inside the court. My style of teaching comes with heavy focus on data and science, but in a way that helps me maximize a player's potential. My passion in volleyball is seeing players improve, not just as a player, but as great human beings. My goal is to not prove people wrong, but to prove to the players that they are right when they know what they are capable of reaching.

My favorite quote is by Bruce Lee who said, "be like water." We can shape ourselves to fit in and be amazing.
