I want the young athletes to know that there is more to the sport than wins and losses, and though those are important, that is not where an athlete’s love for their sport should originate from. I want them to fall in love with the game and be confident in who they are both with and without volleyball. The athletes should feel heard and should receive the appropriate feedback for what they feel needs to be fixed. I want each and everyone one of them to leave with more confidence than they had when walking in!!
